A meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-038: Omed Auto – 3699 West Henrietta Road and 39 Commerce Drive, to operate a car dealership without service or showroom facilities, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account Nos. 161.15-1-8 and 161.15-1-5, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
