July 19, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2023-030: Neighborhood Catering, LLC – 1477 Jefferson Road, to operate a family run catering business with carryout and catering options, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.08-1-28, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved.
