Frontier Management - Frontier Car Wash

June 30, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2021-048: Frontier Management – 2199 East Henrietta Road [once the subdivision finalizes the address will be 2205 East Henrietta Road], to construct a car wash, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Center District (MURC), Tax Account No. 162.18-2-1.003.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.  Both the SEQR Determination and Special Use Permit approval resolutions are attached in the files below.

July 6, 2021 Conservation Board Meeting

For the review of the final site plan for a proposed 4800 S.F. car wash on 1.099 acres located at 2199 East Henrietta Road in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District. Part of Tax Account No. 162.18-2-1.003.  (Parcel is pending a re-subdivision and the address will be 2205 East Henrietta Road once the re-subdivision is complete).

July 20, 2021 Planning Board Meeting 

The Board will review both a re-subdivision application and a site plan application for the purpose of constructing a car wash in Town Centre Plaza at 2199 East Henrietta Road. 

• Frontier Car Wash Subdivision

There will be a public hearing held on July 20, 2021 for preliminary subdivision approval of a two-lot subdivision on an existing 12.89 acre parcel located at 2199 East Henrietta Road in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District. Tax Account No. 162.18-2-1.003. (Address will be 2205 East Henrietta Road once the re-subdivision is complete.)

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
