Application No. 2022-050: Curry House of India, Inc. – 3047 West Henrietta Road, to modify the previously approved Special Use Permit Application No. 2018-001 (approved on May 9, 2018) to operate a dine-in and take out restaurant, to now also allow alcohol to be sold and occasional live music, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.07-1-6, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
