July 31, 2024 Town Board Meeting

Town Board declared their intent to be the Lead Agency for the SEQR Coordinated Review and called for a public hearing to consider the solar project on Tobin Road.

August 21, 2024 Town Board Public Hearing

The Town Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., to gather resident comments with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2024-029: BW Solar Holding Inc. – 175 Tobin Road, to construct and operate a 4.4 MW-AC Solar Energy System, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 190.02-1-47.11, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

September 11, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2024-029: BW Solar Holding Inc. – 175 Tobin Road, to construct and operate a 4.4 MW-AC Solar Energy System, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 190.02-1-47.11, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed, a SEQR Determination was made, and the application was approved. The SEQR and Special Use Permit approval resolutions are attached in the files below.

Sep. 17, 2024 Planning Board Meeting - 6:00 p.m.

Application No. 24-010        BW Solar Holding, Inc. – For final site plan approval of a proposed 4.4 MW-AC ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) solar energy generation facility on 24.84 acres located at 175 Tobin Road in a Rural Residential Zoned District.  Tax Account No. 190.02-1-47.11.
